Costume ideas for Rugby Sevens weekend??.?

which 7's tourney determines the appropriateness of the costume (HK and Wellington usually set the bar much higher than any of the others)....

Stay away from Pirates, Doctors and Nurses, Borat, and anything involving religion (as those ideas have all been done to death!)... If you're in HK think about something that is lightweight, that you won't heat up in, and has a ton of pockets (something our pirate costume's last year severely lacked!)....

Ideas:

Glam Rock stars (kiss)

'Blades of Glory' (full lycra suits etc.)

Steve Irwin (enough time has passed that it would be acceptable)

Barbarian hordes (even though its been done a ton)

Basically you're looking for something that would be funny for a ton of people to wear together and climatically acceptable!

Get everyone to dress up as Marvel superheroes - that way you can go as the Justice League.  That way you have costumes for both boys and girls and you can have some fun.
