Question:

Couch Fabric?

I have a 9 1/2 foot long overstuffed 3pc sectional couch. It isn't an "L" shape, more like a curve. How much fabric will I need to re-upholster it? How do I figure the amount?

  1. Your upholsterer really needs to give you a yardage requirement.  You could take a picture and write down length/depth/height/cushion size measurements for him, and he could probably ball-park it for you.  But judging from your description, I would say you'll need about 30 yards.
