I am in 8th Grade. Yesterday, I ran the 400m and 100m in a track meet. My Usual times are around low to mid 12s for the 100 and 58-59 in the 400. I ran a 13.4 100m and a 64.5 400m. Am I getting slower or is it just that I was not wearing spikes because of the gravel track? Basically, does the fact that it was gravel and I wasn't wearing spikes make up for like 5 seconds slower on the 400m and about 1 second slower on the 100m?
