  1. you could say lucifer did, but he just turned evil

    also you could say the demons (who were once angels) went insane, but they were brought down by lucifer...

  3. According to Dogma - yes they can if they are banished to Wisconsin. The point Bartleby made about God always forgiving man his transgressions and doubts while casting out angels was very profound

    as for Lucifer , he didn't turn evil he just wanted a chance to sit in the BIG chair , everything else was just punishment
