It would be remarkable if both the president and vice president were Clinton. I am not for it but it would be remarkable!

  1. She could, but probably won't.

  2. Thank god  the constitution prohibits her from doing such a thing.  And after all, she isn't going to get the job, not because she's a female, it's because most of us had 8 years with Bill and that was far too much to take and her being the "First Lady" isn't what I consider experienced.  And her record as senator, well that speaks for itself.

  3. What we need to do is get out and vote so this does not happen. Put someone other than her in office. The US has had a Bush in the set for well over 16 yrs and a clinton in office for at least 8 and looking at possible another 4. Not a pretty picture. Almost 30 yrs of only two families in a position of power. Are we seeing another regime on the top or what? I'd vote for a women as Pres just not her, at this point I'm still undecided as to whom to vote for other than her she is out!!

  4. Actually the answer to this question is yes, but let me tell you why. After a person has served 2 terms as President he/she may not RUN for President or Vice President again, But if the Vice Presidency somehow becomes vacant Hillary as President has the ability to appoint him. He would not be seated as the Vice President if he does not receive  confirmation from the Senate. If he does receive the confirmation of the Senate in the event that the Presidency is vacant Bill would simply be passed over because it is unconstitutional for him to serve as President again unless a law is passed to amend the Constitution. The office of the Presidency would be given to the Speaker of the House and Bill would remain Vice President.

  5. You wrote this question to insight people who think like you.  Generally, a candidate is chosen as a running mate and we believe you already know that.

  6. Congress passed a law after the Kennedy administration that forbids this. It is called Nepotism.

When J.F.K was president, he appointed his brother to the office of Attorney General, and they had a few scandals that they ran jointly, since the it has been banned in politics based in Washington D.C.

  7. No.

First, the Vice President is an elected, not an appointed position (unless a vacancy occurs due to death, resignation, or impeachment and conviction).

Additionally, Bill Clinton is not eligible to be Vice President.  According to the 12th Amendment, "no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States."   And, according to the 22nd Amendment, he is not eligible.

  8. Thankfully, no. It would be remarkable for sure, but not in a good way!

  9. I think you would have to check the Constitution on that one?

  10. Remarkable h**l it would be a disaster. Anyway the answer is no its illegal

  11. no.  bill has had two terms as president.  he cannot be president, or vice president.
