for putting up things for 18 or over to get FREE iPod even though im not old enough and then actually get it.

They won't sue you, are you kidding? IF you get the free I-pod you already made them money by signing up for a bunch of stupid offers. They wont care, and they wont make a profit off sueing you. So they probably wont.

This makes no sense.

One if you aren't 18 or older, you shouldn't be messing with adult content.

And two, free ipod? most likely a ripoff.

Anyway if you put up CONTENT that isn't yours you can be sued for  copyright infringement.

My advice, avoid whatever you might be getting into it doesn't sound too goo.
