Could I be Pregnant? Please help me!?

Question

I'm 7 dpo and my symptoms are:

lower back pain (like i have when i have my period...but i have no cramping in the pelvic area)

toothache (the exact same toothache like in my first pregnancy, and no there is nothing wrong with my teeth)

LOTS of white creamy thick cm.

could those symptoms be my first pregnancy symptoms?

Either take a pregnancy test or see a doctor.  Nobody here can diagnose you.  It is impossible to diagnose these things over the internet.

yes cause i was gettin white discharge, i just dont know about the teeth thing. you might need to go buy a pregnancy test

Its possible, I know most people say you won't have symptoms until a few weeks after your missed period but I believe a mother truly knows deep down. I am 12 weeks pregnant and i felt symptoms the week before my period was suppose to arrive....It felt like my period was coming but I knew something was different. I tested the day of my missed period, and  3 days later both negative. Then I tested once more a week later and got my positive. Just sit tight and relax! Hope you get the answer you are looking for! i mean i've never had any of that happen to me when i was pregnant with my son only the back pain so i guess you could be
