Question:

Could I be a sensitive?

In the past months I've been noticing weird smells, sights and sounds in around my house. I'm the only one that smells these odors. Some of them are wet dog and that of flatus. My dog passed away a few months ago after being hit by a car. Also in my last house I would see large bugs and other inexplicable sights, that upon further inspection, were nowhere to be found. Could I be sensitive to spirts or just seeing things.

  1. yes you may, and you mentioned your dog died, feel better, it may be your dog still trying to let you know it's okay or wanting to play with you like it has done before. i know it sounds strange but maybe your dog is looking after you.

  2. Uh, I'm not sure. You could be missing your dog and your mind is triggering old memories and smells of him. As for the bugs I coudn't tell ya. But no I do not believe that you are, I believe you are seeing things.

  3. It is possible you could be sensitive.I don't want to upset you but according to the experts when we lose someone very dear to us and that can be our pets as well, we tend to think of them as still being with us and we imagine that we see them.

While I can accept that theory I also think there are other explanations as my cat appeared not only to me but others that knew him. Also one day we heard something running down the hallway in our home and there was nothing there. When he was alive my cat did that every day at the same time. I think we can say that it is more than coincidence.

You were very connected to your dog and it saved you so I believe it is still with you and protecting you. The love you shared will always keep you connected. Don't be scared as fear can create problems for a young mind like yours. Remember the love and the good times you had with your dog and I am sure in time all these strange happenings will cease.

I would like you to have a look at the following website about the love between humans and animals.

Good luck and be strong, love overcomes everything.

  4. I'm not saying you can't be a sensitive, but in order to ensure that what you're experiencing is paranormal, we have to eliminate any normal causes first.

What this means is, you need to go see a psychiatrist. Not a caseworker, not a psychologist... a medical doctor with a degree in psychiatric medicine. The reason for this is that you are talking about some early symptoms of schizoid-type imbalances (called schizotypal disorders), and you're just about the right age for those to show up if that's what's happening. Once you pass those, then we can possibly move on to test whether or not you're truly a sensitive.

The reason I don't just do the medium test first is that there are things which, if you have a schizotypal disorder, can make your symptoms worse and which can lead to very real damage to your psyche, some of which runs the risk of being irreversible. If you do have a schizotypal disorder, there are different tests we can do. It's just safer to know.

Feel free to tell the doctor why I sent you to him (or her), though he (or she) is pretty well guaranteed not to have heard of me (please DO include the seeing and smelling things, as these are symptoms of a physical disorder that there's a medical test for). I'm fairly confident you'll do well, but there are also some other things that could be happening which only a real medical doctor could diagnose.

Good luck, and feel free to IM/email me at any time! If I'm online, I'll respond.

  5. As far as seeing bugs that weren't there, that could have been shadows bouncing off of other objects in the room.

As we age, little black specks appear in our vision. It's normal. But if you're seeing large spots, may want to have an eye exam.

Since you used to have a dog, his odor is probably trapped in the carpet fibers and padding, and even within the duct work of the home.

The dog's odor could be trapped in the draperies, throw rugs, and even coats and clothing hanging in closets.

If the dog had an accident in the home, that moisture could be absorbed by wood floor boards as well.

  6. I think first of all you should go to a doctor and tell them everything that is going on and ask them to give you a full examination to ensure that everything is okay. Sometimes when a person brain gets damage or they have a tumour it can cause them to see things that are not there. I would also suggest to be on the same side to get a few doctors opinion. If all the doctors conclude that everything is normal physically then afterwards go to a psychiatrist to assess if you are alright mentally. I am only saying this so that if the test assures you that you are alright mentally and that you are physically well then you can assume the possibility that it could be paranormal in nature. If so it could be a demonic spirit and in that case you can ask a pastor to pray with you and to bless your house. You can also pray asking Jesus Christ to protect you nad you can command those spirits (if it is indeed spirits) to leave you and your house alone in the name of Jesus Christ. Might I also suggest that you research your family history to see if someone had an occultic background. If so this could be the reason why this is happening to you. In this case in addition to the above you need to ask Jesus Christ to forgive your family for going into the occult and ask him to completely cleanse you from it.

    Good luck and God bless.

  7. It is very possible that you could be sensitive to the coming and going of spirits or it could be that they only want you to see, smell or sense their situation................. Either way you still have to be sensitive to their present....................................

  8. you just might have a way better sense of smell than other people. I know I do

Read up on the paranormal. It seems to me that I came across a site for depaerted pets. A legitige group never charges.

  9. Is there a difference?  If you are seeing things that aren't there while awake, you should consult a doctor.

  10. Yes, this is a common way for spirit to let you know they are still around. This is actually called Clairalience which literally means clear smelling. I dont feel the large bugs thing is connected to spirit, I dont know what that could be, but I have never personally experienced or heard of that in a spiritual or psychic sense.

I am sorry to hear of the loss of your dog. Dogs bring us the gift of unconditional love and teach us alot. I hope you find comfort knowing that your dog continues to live in the world of spirit.

  11. I suggest you take Red Heron's advice, but remember one thing you are 15 and are not totally in control of your feelings and emotions.  This can create all sorts of phenomenon including smelling and seeing things that are not there.

  12. i have no idea about the bug, maybe u had a connection to it somehow nd as for the dog shes still there protecting you. your not crazy, you dont have issues, you just have paranormal connections. nothing to freak about just dont be surprised if u see, smell, or hear things others cant.
