Okay, it's day seven after a tooth extraction, and so far my mouth seems to be fine. But I've noticed yesterday and today that the clot or whatever is in my gums is starting to slowly disappear... and now there's a tiny hole and it's dark red. I'm worried that the whole will get bigger and bigger, and that it'll be a dry socket. .. since it has been getting bigger since yesterday. I've been doing everything exactly how I should, and until now I still haven't had anything harder than mashed potatoes! I don't feel pain now, but I'm worried because it looks like it's gradually becoming a bigger whole and the clot or whatever it is is slowly going away... will this get worse, and will it be a dry socket?? I am so scared to get one of those!
