Could I be pregnant? I need to know if anyone has any suggestions on what could be going on with me?

I am nauseous all the time, I woke up this morning and smelled puke like in my mouth or something. I have taken like 3 or 4 pregnancies test and they were all negative.

sounds like it..i would go to the dr and take there test..those store ones aren't always right..for my sisters first baby she took like 4 and 2 out of the 3 out of the four said neg..but one said pos.

have you missed your period? you never said, if you have missed it go to your doctor and get a blood test done that will let you know for sure

Need more info than that, like how far past your period are you? Any other symptoms?

You could just have some kind of bug.

If you're periods are on track - it sounds more like an ulcer that may be bleeding.   I had had this and you feel like 'ick' a lot and the vomit taste in the morning may be acid reflux.   Try elevating your head more before heading to bed, this will help the acid from leaking back up into your esophogus.
