Could I be pregnant? (Too early to test, I think!)?

Question

My husband and I had s*x on August 4th, which was my best day to conceive. I am supposed to start my period on August 21st (in a few days). My period typically runs like clockwork, around 28 days between cycles. I just went to the ladies room and had light brown discharge (but creamy, not EWCM)(sorry, TMI). My b*****s usually swell, about a week prior to my period, which hasn't happened. I am feeling pretty "run down" and my back has been bothering my quite a bit over about the past week or so. Should I wait out the few days to see if AF comes, and then take a pregnancy test, or jump the gun and take on tonight or (tomorrow AM)? I feel like because I am not supposed to start until the 21st, that I should wait it out, but I have never done this before! :0) Thanks for all your advice, in advance! :0)

I'd wait a day and see if AF comes.  If not, take a test first thing Thursday or Friday morning.  If you can't wait that long, take one first thing in the morning (buy a 2 pack).  :-)  It could be implantation spotting; it could be the beginning of AF.    :::::BABY DUST::::: to you!

TESTTTTTT lol, sounds like you might be preggers! buy a first reponse or a clear blue though, because while any will do, some are better then others, and when you want to be pregnant you want to know right away so dont buy the cheap ones because there cheap and eventually will show...buy 1 and get the best results best of luck to you!!!

Its stated on websites that 14-17 days after you have s*x you can pee on a test stick and see. i recommend the dollar store ones, that way u can test a few times before the 21st and see!  Good luck and baby dust to you!!!!!!!!!

EPT's are very sensitive now.  If you are going to take one, use a quality test...not the generics.  You will probably end up buying multiple tests anyway if you are like me.  The above "signs" you describe are very vague and really do not signify anything.  It may be pre-menstrual.  For peace of mind I would buy a 2pack test.  Take one with 8 hrs of concentrated urine today (don't drink 10 bottles of water to build up the urine) and take one this weekend.

just relax, and then take a early pregnancy test...then you'll know!

if you can't wait, then I'd suggest buying First Response as they are  pretty good for testing early and yes defo use morning urine!

I'd take a test now. The First Response tests can detect pregnancy up to 4 days before your missed period. i tested postive a day before my period was due and it was a very dark line. Good luck

Good Luck to You! I am almost in the same boat..... AF Due on the 23rd..... Waiting is the worse part! I jumped the gun and took one yesterday... It was negitive... But I still have hope! I am going to wait until Saturday now... My best advice is, you have waited this long what is 2 more days.... I know coming from someone that couldn't wait right! That is why it is my best advice getting a negitive early does nothing but make it worse.. In my opinion...
