Could I be pregnant or getting ready to..? Women only! ?

So i am not sure if i could be pregnant or just getting ready to start my period or just a side effect of my medicine. My nipples are really sore. I have been TTC for about 7 years and I am tired of all the let downs.I have lost a few pounds. I can't take a test until the first of September. Please help is there a chance?

Anything is possible! I would look for morning sickness or more tired than normal those are the first signs that are pretty major.  Good luck!

I really feel for you. My husband and I have been TTC for 3+ years, and I thought that was a long time, but 7 years!! I don't know what to say other than I hope this is your month! I will be praying for you!
