Could I become a professional Tarot and Astrology Consultant?

Question

I have been studying the Tarot and Astrology for 17 years now since I was 13. I have also studied other methods of divination runes, palmistry etc and I feel I would like to perhaps try and gain work as a Reader. I don't think I would describe myself as psychic but I am intuitive and have a good knowledge and feel for Astrology and Tarot especially. I also have a good degree from University.

So is it possible to make a living as a reader here in the UK? I feel bad about taking money for my readings as I have not charged before. Is it very hard to build up a client base?

Also I am 30 but I look younger say early 20's would people take me seriously as a reader if I look young?

Didn't I read those that do it for a business now have to put up disclaimers? I remember that it's the law now in the U.K.

If that's what you want to do, do it! You can do it on the side from your other job if you have one. You can do it for a hobby on the side and earn some extra money. It might help if you learn to make your psychic ability stronger because everyone has it in them, you just have to make it stronger. Your clients may want a psychic reading done for them, and it will also make reading tarot cards easier because you'll get visions easier if your ability is stronger. u can't let ur 17 years of study go unutilised. go ahead with ur reading with an intention of helping people and u r sure to succeed.

You could do it as a hobby.  It's really hard to make a living doing that, unless you charge the big bucks and let go of your integrity (your values, ie, start lying).

Have a side business? More likely.

There are astrological organizations in the UK. They might be able to help you.
