Could I bring a lighter and a glass pipe (bowl) on a plane?

Could I pack a lighter filled with lighter fluid in my checked baggage. Also could I pack a Glass bowl I've used to smoke weed from although it could also be used for tobacco (I'll wash it out before I go though).

make sure to watch your ninja stars and crampons. they don't allow those on planes though.

you shouldnt but if you hide it really good at the bottom of your carry on it'll be finee the most they'll do is take it
