Could I get a job in England with an American degree?

My fiance lives in England and after much deliberation we've decided it would be emotionally easier on us both if I moved there after completing college. I'm pursuing a degree in Business Administration with focuses on International Business and Marketing at the Ohio State University. My boyfriend assures me that I'll be fine, but my biggest fear about moving is that my degree won't be worth anything in the UK. Is this true? Will I have problems finding a job?

I don't think there will be any problem with your degree (it would be different if you had something like an accounting degree or a law degree which would be specific to the area), but your big problem may be working at all if you don't get the right kind of visa.
