Could I get a receptionist job if I have a bachelor's degree?

lol I know it sounds weird but I'm not sure if my graphic design major is what I want to do once I graduate. I would like an office job, that's my main concern. Would they pay me more if I came in with a bachelor's degree and interviewed or will they keep the pay low and the bachelor's degree will not matter?

Also all things being equal if someone came in without a degree and I have a degree, would I be the one hired because I have the degree or would it not matter? Thanks.

I would have thought that it wouldn't make a difference. If you have a degree, it's a bonus for them, but that doesn't mean that they'll pay you any more by any means.

I think if it was between you and someone without a degree, then it's more about experience - if they had more office experience, then chances are they will get the job over you.

Nothing from your certificate will be considered.

If for Reception, You should prove yourself to be fit for that Job.
