As said, public disturbance and disorderly conduct. Also they could get you for destruction of merchandise (ripping the tag off/damaging the garment) and theft of the tag itself (they do cost money and some aren't cheap).

That video was a great comedy relief for me.  And yes I would assume you could get arrested for a shoplifting charge.  LOL!  I loved the video and I saved it so I could show it to my boyfriend when he gets home from work.  He is a cleptomaniac.

Yes, you could.  It is considered disorderly conduct, or causing a public disturbance.
