I have had an Internet connection since late 2005 and I spend a lot of time in Internet. I got my eyes checked in March 2008 and everything was OK. So, my vision will probably stay good? If it hasn't changed by now. I think I don't use computer so much as earlier.

My mom had great vision until she got flu as a teenager. Her eyes hurted but she still read a lot and now she might even need glasses but it's not that disturbing that she would go to the doctor. But my father's vision is very good, although he's old. He only needs reading glasses.

  1. We learn blurry vision habits during stressful times, even health stress. Often times worrying about blurry vision can lead to blur as well.

We can learn how to recognize incorrect vision habits and avoid them. Computers and other challenging activities do not cause blurry vision, but people often learn incorrect vision habits during these activities and get blur. If we use our eyes, mind, and body, together correctly we can use the computer or read microfine print in dim light as long as we like and only strengthen our eyesight.
