Could I get good at pool?

Question

I absolutely SUCK at pool. I think it's all me too, and my skill in any sport sucks. Do I have any hope?

yeah, just do balancing excersises... your body doesnt control you

Oh yeah. I used to be pretty bad at pool, but I'm much better now. You just have to practice a lot. Have fun!

go to a place that has a table and practice.

if there are people there ask to play for free.so you do not lose any money

maybe when it is slow some one will help show you stuff...and also watch the others play to see if you can pick  up anything from the way they do it.

i work at a bar and have become really good as I practise when the bar is quiet,but i used to be the worst...just practise.If i can play,anyone can!

just practice your stroke,and learn pool ball english. (spin on ball)

You can certainly improve at pool.  Since "good" is a relative term, I hesitate to use it.  Of course, as a teacher, I'm going to suggest that you seek formal instruction.  To have a knowledgeable instructor evaluate your game is definitely worth it.  I paraphrase George Fels, "A correct pool stroke is so simple that hardly anyone can do it".  Your enjoyment of the game will factor into how quickly you improve once you understand what you are doing at the table.  Happy shooting.  M.D.-BCA Instructor/Referee.

Yes but it takes patience and alot of practice I am a pro player and it took me 20 years.
