Could I get in shape enough for X-country on the 18th?? by doing this?

ive been biking for the past couple of days hard, real hard.

if i do lots of 100yrd dashes a day and maybe some swimming and light biking everyday do you think i could make it?

i really want to lose fat but, i workout a lot, it must be the genes, i eat normal.

  1. I don't think the 18th is going to be enough time, but doing that is better than nothing. Go out and run though! XC is running!


  2. try doing some long runs, dashes are great for the speed aspect but to be fast you have to have an endurance base first. So don't worry about the sprinting, go out and do the miles! If your not sure how far your running do runs taht are 30-60 mins in length!

  4. thats good but you should start running long distances as-well! it will help get you in shape and you will be faster!
