Ok I am about to make a youtube video about how to hack Psp and i will show them how to hack the psp and if they still need help i would give them my address to send so i can fix it or hack it and i was wonderin could i go to jail or get sewed for keeping the psp or make it worst or wat

could i go to jail for keeping and items someone send to me for help and i dont give it back am i braking the law

No, because you're not telling people how to pirate, where to get pirated games, etc.  You're hacking your piece of property.  It's what you do afterward that's illegal.

EDIT: if you do it for profit, then yes.  It's illegal.

And for crying out loud, use the d**n spell check.
