Could I have Epileptic Seizures while sleeping?

Question

Since 2004 I've been having these weird things happening to me while I'm sleeping. I don't know what it is called, but when I'm sleeping, I suddenly wake up unable to move, I have my eyes open, but my body is completely paralyzed from head to toe, I try to scream for help but nothing comes out, I get desperate and scared. Could someone please tell me what this is? the closest thing I can think of is an epileptic seizure, but I need more info. Anything is helpful thank you so much.

yes you could be having seizures while you sleep, my son has night epilepsy and only ever had them in his sleep. Get it checked out

Seems to me like Sleep Paralysis.
