My windows firewall keeps being turned off. I have AVG and it's found a few trojans but I had them removed. This is about the third time my firewall was turned off. What could be causing it?

  1. may be spyware or malware

  2. try using avg. in save mode and see if it finds more

  3. Try Avast Antivirus also... as it is scanning on your computer boot time. so everything will remove from there ....

you can find avast antivirus from download.com as a free edition or trial version of 30 days. but download it update it to the latest virus signature keys and reboot the computer....

if still any virus it will definately solve.

  4. Maybe it is a new virus that AVG can't detect. Try using spybot.
