Could I have rosacea?

I have little bumps on my nose that don't go away. I'm thinking it's rosacea or keratosis pilaris (which I have on my cheeks) but I'm not sure. My nose is pretty reddish too, and really oily. I've heard about getting acne-like bumps from rosacea, but is it common for teens?

It's all common for teens. Verify with a dermatologist for Rosacea. Could just be hormones.
