I used to live on a farm, but we never did Leeches!  Might have been a few in the pond tho.....

their Are plenty of farmers who ar leaches but seriously you are right but hospital leaches have to be sterile and leaches have a long life have you ever seen a dead one not a big market

No, the Maggot option would be much better. Attached to the farm you could also build a manufacturing base to produce Maggot patches for the NHS, these would eat away at all the bad practises! You could charge them a fortune like everyone else does and get away with it!

You'd be better off with a maggot farm. They are used for removing necrotic tissue where surgery is impossible or might cause more damage.

They need good supplies of maggots.
