Well, it's hard to tell, dark picture and only a headshot from a non-usual angle. Get face on head shot and full length shot? That would make for more accurate assessments.

The hair really isn't very flattering. But hair can be changed.

yes, but really anyone can model they even pay for "ugly" models though ugly is purely an opinion people get paid to model as ugly, different, beautiful, ect....... so that means yes

Yes you could. Everyone has their own preference in style and look. You're certainly no Abercrombie & Fitch, but who the heck cares. Be who you are.

Modeling is not about size, but about reflecting through the camera a distinguishing and unique look.

You would need to grow out your hair and not have ANY layers. Models have to be versatile, and that haircut isn't.

Other than that, if it is your dream than you should totally go for it!
