Question:

Could I really be pregnant?....?

I was visiting a reproduction endocrinologist back in oct. Found out I had polycystic ovaries hence the reason for no periods. I was laid off and lost my insurance before I could get all the test results back...but I went through a horrible spell of nausea, tiredness, swollen and tender b*****s, nosebleeds, it was horrible. now my stomach has enlarged. I've gained weight. I feel this weird feeling like popcorn popping in my stomach, it gets hard is certain areas at times for a while then subsides and now this weekend my mother and aunt were "self diagnosing" me and were squeezing my b*****s and this whiteish liquid came out. Everyone seems to be convinced I'm pregnant but me. They say I'm in denial. But with my lack of periods and then the PCOS I am not sure...I'm now employed but my insurance doesn't start until the 1st of July. I'm determined to patiently wait. But thought I'd see what others with knowledge in this subject thought....I really look forward to and appreciate all of your answers.

Thank you so much

  1. Why don't you buy a home pregnancy test or two or three and see what they say. (I took three before I was convinced!) That could give you some indication. They are generally pretty accurate. Anything is possible! Is there a free clinic near you where you could at least get a blood test? In the meantime, eat right, rest,  and enjoy. Pregnany is wonderful!

  2. Sounds like you could well be pregnant!  Enjoy it - it's great!
