Could I still get Pregnant?

My DH and I had unprotected s*x yesterday before I dropped him off at the airport (he is a pilot) for work. I don't ovulate till tomorrow, can I still get pregnant?

You can. You can get pregnant if you have s*x up to 2 days before ovulation and on the day of ovulation.
