Could I still get pregnant no period in 4mo's plz help asp

I did go to the dr and she told me everything was ok, that nothing was wrong, i did have a cyst but not anymore. that was 4 weeks ago. i am 22, and i want to have a baby, really bad. been ttc for 8mos. i have read all kinds of things but i dont know what is true or not, so i just wanned to know if i dont have a period does that mean i am not ovulating. and with me not having a period could that stop me from getting pregnant.? i just waned to know if any other woman know what i talking about. anything would help me. i am going to go back to the dr in a week or 2 to see what is going on if i dont get one by then, but right now i want to ask you for some help. like i said i have read books and things on here and i am getting diff, things so i dont know what is true or not. plz help and i am not pergnant i have took 5 test and a blood test...and i have not had any blood at all

have you been checked for pcos or any other condition??

i have always thought that if you dont menstrate then you dont ovulate but others have gotten prego without a period before. i think its pretty rare though

u definetly need to go to the doc to findout why u dont have a period but Yes u can still get pregnant.. u r ovulating just not releasing the egg from ur uterus. it is staying there
