I can PROVE that they had no money to finance a child nor support one. At the time they were homeless and I want to sue them for not having an abortion. Is this possible?

  1. Why would you want to do that? Did it ever occur to you that maybe your parent's wanted you, that is why they did not abort you?

Be grateful they didn't abort you .

  2. Honey, few people can afford babies when they have them. I have five children and all are doing well despite the fact that we live on one teacher's paycheck. Money is really not an issue, attitude is. Obviously they loved you enough to bring you into this world and sacrificed to raise you, like most parents do. Praise God you survived this long, and hug your parents and thank them for their loving sacrifices. You are blessed, but are too angry to see it. You are not sick, in pain, not tortured. Be thankful.

Change your attitude and your life will be worth living!!

P.S. Growing up, we were so poor, if we wanted greens, we went out in the backyard and pulled weeds to eat. That is NOT a joke! I am happy with my life because God has brought me far. I am blessed far beyond what I deserve. Attitude is everything!

  3. You're ridiculous and pathetic.

  4. I think you have a great case there.  In fact, I think you could become the poster child for such a tort.  Contact the trial lawyers lobby.

  5. No. You can always blame the society, though.

  6. I am sure there is a lawyer out there that will take your case. I am wondering if you will feel bad about taking their cardboard home...........

  7. what the h**l is ur problem, if u wanna cut yourself and not live, that's pretty f'ed up, instead of blaming your parents, blame yourself for being so negative about this c**p

  8. No.  Not being able to afford something is only a tort if you consider it a theft of services.  I don't think you can consider your life a service, since you want to waste it being angry because your parents were poor when you were born.

  9. Hey, you're here now. Try to find a way to like it, or at least contribute something. You might actually enjoy living after a while, or not.

  10. The constitution of the state of Missouri expressly forbids "wrongful life" lawsuits, and I would guess that most other states also forbid such suits. Thus the answer is definitely not in Missouri and probably not anywhere else. You should have mentioned the jurisdiction where you were born when asking that question to be assured of a correct answer.

  11. Ridiculous.  You should be thanking them every day for choosing life.

    Really pitiful.

  12. ok thats stupid and if you try all you will do is lose the fight

  13. Go see Obama Your mother can still get abortion,Reading your question she should have
