Could I use my golf cart on a golf course?

I'm considering buying a used golf cart, if I did would I be allowed to use it on a golf course instead of renting one?

There are a few courses who will allow using your own cart but you will have to pay a Trail Fee for that priviledge. Most others will expect you to rent theirs. Several courses insist on golfers using carts up until the late rates go into effect. In fact, they will not allow walkers before then.So before you buy your own cart you had better research the full plus's and negatives of purchasing.

I can't imagine them letting you bring your own cart.  Just rent theirs.

You'll need to check with each and every golf course you intend to play. Different courses will have different policies: some will allow it, some won't, some will only if you are member, etc., etc.
