Yes, Phil Mickelson could replace Woods as the No. 1 in the world if he wins the next two tournaments he plays - as long as Woods doesn't figure too highly on the leaderboard. But after his frustration at the Masters, we wouldn't be surprised to see Woods come back and win the Quail Hollow Championship - he's done it before, in 2007.
