Could Pamelor and 2 Panadol PM be harmful?

I'm taking Pamelor(anti-depressant)at night,around 10 o'clock.Most of the times I get headaches is at night.I think of taking 2 Panadol PM(the normal dosage for an adult)but dont do it cuz of fear of being harmful.Anyone could answer my question?

  3. I don't think Panadol PM could be harmful, since the active ingredient added to Panadol to promote sleepness (Diphenhydramine) is also used for the treatment of extrapyramidal side effects of typical antipsychotics.

    I use an anti-depressant (Prozac) and sometimes I use diphenhydramine in order to get asleep. One Panadol PM has 25 milligrams of Diphenhydramine (popularly known as Benadryl). However I would suggest that you take only one Panadol PM and one regular Panadol (500 mg) for your headache since 25 mgs of diphenhydramine may be enough to get you sleepy. If you don't need help to sleep use two regular Panadol 500 instead.
