Could Robert Graysmith be the zodiac killer?

I've been reading up on the zodiac and it sounds possible that Robert Graysmith could have been conducting the murders and using this obsession with the case as a cover. Idk if this is justified in anyway but i'm just wondering if they ever even investigated Robert Graysmith as a possible suspect in the zodiac murders.

You know he's the one of the first to try to say at one time. The Unabomber and Zodiac were the same person. Perhaps he needs to be investigated. He even mentioned in one book that a yound Ted Kezinski was stopped in the late 1960's in one of the towns the Zodiac preyed on.

Would make sense to have a couple of lunys that can't defend themselves in court as fall guys for you.
