We all know Rocky could come back from any beating that was dished out, no matter how severe it was, so he'd obviously go the 12 and maybe take tyson down in the final rounds...??

Really what would happen in Rocky VII

At Cesar's Palace in Vegas Tyson emerges to a see of Boos. Tyson lands a monster right that sends Rcoky spralling across the ring in Rd 1 and continues to pile pts on like the Drago fight. In Rd 15 Tyson sends a crippling right sending Rock flying but he emerges at the count of 9 bloody and in the dying seconds lands the KO. As Tyson falls the victry music plays (da da DA DA DA DADADADA de DUH, DA DA DA) as Balboa leaps as the annoncer saids unbeliable what a couragious performennce by Rocky Balboa STIll the HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION OF THE WORLD. as the crowd pours in as Rocky and Adrian embrace  they ANNONCE: THE WINNER AND STILL HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION OF THE WORLD ROOCCCKY BALBOAAA!!! Rocky holds up his fist in victory as the end of Gonna Fly Now plays and the scene pans out.

In a choreographed fight on a Hollywood set, Balboa would get up at the count of 9 with 18 seconds left of the final round, looking like an airline disaster casualty.  Blind in one eye and with the other nearly swollen shut, he'd bravely fight on with only his left hand despite the agony of a dislocated right shoulder.

With 11 seconds to go he'd land an unbelievably powerful and accurate peach of a punch bang on Tysons chin, sending him over the top rope to land with a sickening thud on top of the bell mans table.  Sparko.

The ref would start counting, Rocky would be sagging and shouting out for his lady in all directions.  The crowd would be erupting all over the place, storming into the ring.  Rocky would be hoisted up on his cheering frenzied fans shoulders.

...and NEW HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION OF THE WOOOOORLD.

But in the real world, the "badest man on the planet" in his prime would have won easily.

Well I suppose if Sylvester Stallone wrote the story Rocky would find a way to win.  

Would'nt that be cool though?  I'd watch it.  seriously.  I know the Rocky movies are FAR from real boxing but I found them entertaining  (the fifth one sucked).  

Rocky could have one more fight against Tyson and make it a charaity event, like the one against Tarver.  I'll bet people would pay to see it.  I couldnt believe it when I heard the sixth movie advertised.   I went to see it and, you know what?  It wasnt such a bad movie.  

Rocky stops Tyson late.  Ya know Sly gotta make it dramatic.
