  1. YES and some

  2. yes  its very borying if you've been to china town town in new york.

  3. isn't it where the man on man stuff goes on?

  4. If you consider an area that runs non stop for 365 days of the year, 24 hours,   7 days a week Dull!  then I'm afraid theirs no hope for those people who told you that.

Theirs nowhere anywhere in the UK, that can boast that, literally.

and as I've stated before, 50 million tourist a year cant all be wrong, can they!

  5. Have any of the people calling it dull ever actually been there?

Depends what you expect about it, but it is teeming with pubs, bars, clubs, restaurants, music and comedy venues, theatres, and yes, there are also s*x shops and 'ladies of the night'!

It's one of the busiest parts of London's West End. If you find all of those things dull, then I guess socialising in any format isnt for you, which would presumably mean you fit the description of 'dull' quite nicely.

Agree with one of the other posters though, Camden is great.

  6. Depends what You're looking for. It's dull if You only go for food.

  7. it's never my first choice of exciting places to go in London.  OK if you're g*y then Old Compton Street and Brewer's Street are great because there are quite a lot of g*y bars around that area.  If you're looking for p**n then there's also a lot of "adult" shops around there.  If you like Chinese food and shops then there's Chinatown which is only 2 streets big but always seems to be full of chinese people for some strange reason.  As for anything else, well there's clip joints (places which pretend to have strippers then mug you), bars which are no better than anywhere else in London.  I don't see the point in going there personally, I find it a little seedy and pointless.

  8. I would not put Soho and dull in the same sentence... I suppose it depends on what you are looking for.  It has some great bars/clubs and restaurants.  Also some off beat shops, some with a s**y twist!

  9. Yes but mainly if you are dull. But it is not the best part of London!!!

Camden is great fun... or take a train (52mins) to Brighton!!! Yeah :)

London has some fantastic bits.  Best to hook up with a Londoner.  My favourite British city is Edinburgh in Scotland.

The best sandy surfing beaches and best countryside is in Cornwall, west England.
