Could Stroke happen these times?

Can Stroke happen to somebody while sitting, walking or even lying down and not sleeping at all?

well,

stroke can happen anytime and anywhere. but as ive heard, most strokes tend to happen early morning when a person gets up from bed.

A stroke is basically a blockage of a cerebral artery. Simplified: a heart attack happens when one of the blood vessels that brings fresh blood to the heart gets blocked. A stroke is nothing more than a "Brain Attack". It can happen at any time and can cause a wide variety of symptoms.
