  1. Yea! The guy's really fast.

  2. yes, if he didnt celebrate his victory before he crossed the finish line. but wow, what an amazing race he ran!

  3. The Olympic commentator suggested that by celebrating with 20 meters to go he sacrificed a 9.59. I'm not sure how he can positively say this. I think he could have shaved off a few hundreths of second if he had run through the line, but a full tenth of a second is a lot.

The most any individual has ever lowered the world record by is .05 seconds (Maurice Green, Asafa Powell, and now Bolt). I don't know if Bolt can lower it another .09 seconds. What I really want to see is if Bolt can break the 200m record, which has stood for 12 years now.

  4. I think that olympic run just answered your question, basically h**l yeah

  5. Well of course he could, if he'd race the full distance.  A 9.55 in the Olympics would have been likely if he wouldn't have slowed down to show off.  There's something to be said for a little modesty, IMO.

  6. Holy c**p.  If he hadn't celebrated and slowed down during the last 15, he could have probably even finished with a 9.5s.  Wow, what a run.  That dude is FAST :)
