Could You Throw Up From Running to much or working to hard?

I am going to volleyball practice in like 30 min and this is the first practice im kinda out of shape cause this summer i have like pigged out adn stuff im not chubby or anything im just scared that i will get sick because our coach is a tuffy so help me!!!! Please!!!

  1. You sure can! Take it easy:o)


  2. You can if you work to hard.  Drink plenty of water and take breaks when needed and you should be fine.

  3. make sure u stretch urself out and make sure u drink plenty but not loads of water because too much water then you will get too sluggish  

  4. dont worry about it. you wont puke. i felt the same way my first day of volleyball practice. we had to run two miles and that was the day after i got home from vacation and i had been pigging out but dont worry bout it.

  5. you are more likely to collapse or pass out rather than be sick
