Hi there, i have a few tattoos already and are really looking foward to getting a new one. I want it to be in spanish and to say "Live each day as your last" now i know you can go on a free online translator but, they do it word for word which sometimes gets the wrong meaning for words. For example, it might take "live" for watching a live football match. So i would really appreciate it if a spanish person could translate it for me or a similar spanish qoute which means the same.

Thanks

  1. "Vive cada día, como si fuera el último"...

  2. That means:

"VIVE CADA DIA COMO SI FUESE EL ULTIMO"

But you know what? that quote is used by every people i know. Og Mandino "The greatest salesman of the world" book is a best seller, so too much people use his quotes.

Why don´t you use something different like:

"VIVE COMO SI FUESES A MORIR MAÑANA…" [Live as if you were to die tomorrow...] by Mohandas K. Gandhi

They look the same or maybe they have the same meaning, but there is a difference. The first one (the one you like) sets a possibility of someone dying  TODAY, and you have to do your best the time left.

The second one (my suggestion) implies that there is a possibility of someone dying TOMORROW, and you have to do your best today (the whole day).

    See the difference???

    What do you think?

  3. Vive cada día, como si fuera el último (or tu ultimo dia) depends on who u ask

  4. do you want spain spanish or regular spanish the first one is regular spanish and the one above me is spain spanish
