no wayyy!!!! i do it all the time i even prank call 911 and they don't care. have one of you act like a little kid and the other as a parent and just say sorry, my kid was playing with the phone. whatever you do don't hang up!! otherwise they will be at your house with the cops, fire department, and ambulance, trust me I have done it before.

ps. the best thing to do is just sit there on the line for like 2 seconds after they pick up and then scream into the phone and they hang up or scream FREAKED outt!!!

ohh and don't forget to use *67

[you dial it before you do the phone number, so if they have caller ID they don't know who it was and cannot call back OH I almost forgot, if you don't do *67 you DO go to juvie]

this would really depend on many diffrent factors...

were threats made?

have you been warned by law enforcement in the past to stop prank calling?

do you have any history of troubles with law enforcement, or child welfare?

it is possible, but unlikely... but it all depends on what was said, and how the prosecutor feels that day..
