Could a 14 year old girl that has never had a child b correctly diagnosed w/ post pardom?

my cousin has a 14 year old teenager that has had traumatic episodes in her youner years. she has rescently been diagnosed w/ post pardom and i find that very unusual and kind of crazy. they have prescibed her w/ abilify and trazodone and have also told her that she may be bipolar. could this be correct in any manner?? ( the post pardom part)
