  1. h**l yeah! the yanks play too much of a ground game, where the cfl is a passing game.

  2. It is very much possible.  I wouldn't mind seeing the two leagues play a game.

  3. OK, so we go NFL field, CFL player numbers. I'd say, yeah, sure. Why not? Maybe CFl teams would not dominate but they could win a game, if that's all you're saying.

The CFL and NFL teams used to play each other in exhibition games back in the day.

    From Wiki:

"During the 1950s and 1960s exhibition games were played between CFL and NFL/AFL teams using a mixture of each league's rules. The last such exhibition game saw the CFL's Hamilton Tiger-Cats defeat the AFL's Buffalo Bills, the only time in which a Canadian team defeated an American team in the series."

  4. Hard to say because the games are so different. Number of players. size of the field, and the men in motion. But one place to look for and answer is what happened to most of the NFL players that came to play in Canada. They got kicked!!! Other then Flutie there are very few that can play the Canadian Game. And if you look the other way Moon kick the c**p out of NFL for years.

  5. if you asking could a CFL team beat a NFL then I would say never in a 1,000 years

  6. NAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW............. h**l NAW WHY U ASKED THAT QUESTION U A CANADIAN OR SOMETHING

  7. Sure. There are pleanty of high school teams in the US that CFL teams could beat.

  8. depends on the teams.

  9. Can't put 12 on an American field.  In fact most long time American style QBs have trouble locating the 12th guy.

If they play on a Canadian field using Candian rules it would be a great game.

  10. honestly doubt it

  11. if we had 12 american players, it would be easy to do...if they had 12 canadians playing the cfl though, they wouldnt have a shot to beat a canadian team.

  12. as a canadian i have to answer yes but americans have better technique and intercepting skills

  13. Never could a cfl team beat and nfl team and im a big cfl fan.  all you have to do is watch both games live and you can easily tell which league would win if the played each other.  doesnt matter which teams or which rules. the nfl would win hands down.  nfl players are bigger faster stronger and just more talented

  14. doubt it... the CFL is considered a minor league compared to the NFL

  15. They could beat the Giants. A high school team could beat the Giants  :)

    Go Eagles

  16. What would the 12th position be?   We play 11 men here in America.

  17. I do not believe they could do it now, however back in the early days of the AFL, Buffalo played in Hamilton, first half American rules, and second half Canadian rules, and Hamilton beat them.

  18. It would depend which rules were played by, but I suspect as a generalization probably not, the NFL defences tend to be better than those of the CFL.  On the other hand if they played on a Canadian sized football field, the NFL players would find it a lot more difficult to cover the extra field width, so really it's hard to say...unless we're talking about the Cleveland Browns, in which case yes any CFL team could beat them.
