Could a combination of a low dose of dxm and a low dose of diphenhydramine get someone high?

I haven't explored this myself, but every indication points to yes.  I don't know of any good documentation though, so the dose range is a bit of a mystery.  Whatever the dose range is, I'm sure it's unsafe.

I should point out that antihistamines/anticholinergics are dangerous to abuse and serious injury is more common than with most other drugs.  Aside from the physical effects, which CAN kill you, a complete break with reality can have you walking into traffic, so a trip sitter is strongly advised.  I don't recommend that you do this, but if you do, please get back to me on what you took and how it went.

what do you mean, "low"?

Combining dxm and diphen is really dangerous, the MOST diphen you should use with DXM is 50mg.
