for instance, John Edwards mistress says she wont have dna tests done, but could we follow her around till a hair or somthing falls out of the child and test it? would that be ok? the only reason i want to see this done is to clear John Edwards name because he said he wanted it done to clear his name...you see, it would be doing him a favor...it's what he wants done....tee hee...

  1. if the child had a cup or juice bottle and dropped it or something that became garbage in some way

(napkin used to wipe drool) how is that against the law

once it is discarded it free game.....

  2. Why the h**l would he still be hanging out with this woman and holding her child if he didn't feel some sense of responsibility?

it's his kid--it just is, an he should have come out with it all at once.

  3. I wouldn't think so. Don't believe that it would be legal. If you want to find out proper paternity, go to court. They will take care of it, and then the party will get child support if needed.

  4. In theory, yes, you could. But it wouldn't be admissible as evidence, because there has to be a legal process to insure the evidence wasn't tampered with. How is anyone to know that you (the investigative reporter) didn't substitute DNA from Edwards or one of his kids by his wife? So, it would still be your word against the mom.
