Could a student below 16 years old could have a Credit card or something?

I'm 16 years Old student and need a credit card for some reason. could anyone tell me what bank could allow such service?

I believe that when you get a credit card, you enter into a contract with the credit card company. A minor cannot enter into a contract.

Ya you can. Well not a credit card but more like a debit card. cause i got one when i was 16, even younger. Mine is from Wells Fargo bank i do believe that other banks might be able to do it too but I'm not sure loll. But anyways the only way you can have it though is if one of your parents name is under it. Kind of like a supervisor thingy. You'll get a card with your name on it but the account is with one of your parents name in it too. and you and your parents can always go to the bank and talk to them about it like get more info and stuff about it but like ya youd have your own card and od whatever you want with it. =]

ok well you could get a card if a( you lie about your age

or b( you become an authorized user on a parents card

other wise no you cannot get a credit card becuase its impossible to enter into a contract with a minor

you need one for some reason?? You wont be able to get one. You need proof of income (job) and I beleive you have to be 18.
