Could an American living in the UK become an Anglican vicar?

If so, could he maintain his American citizenship?

(Note: This question is entirely hypothetical. I haven't done this, nor am I considering doing it.)

  1. Uhm, yes, I believe so. I don't think you have to be a citizen of the UK to belong to the Anglican church.
