Could an accident I had a few months ago trigger vertigo?

Not the fear of heights, but viral ear infection with dizziness.

I was in a car accident, sitting in the back middle seat and got thrown to the left and right of the car.

Yes!  I was in a car accident and had the same dizziness.  The hospital told me i had vertigo.  It turned out I head a closed head injury.  Ask for an MRI.  Do you have any other symptoms?  Be careful.

yes kind off i think you should see a doctor. or something you can take for symptoms is basic travel sickness tablets.
