Could an ultrasonic generator be used as a propulsion source in a motor or otherwise?

How can you imagine this to work?

Seems like an awfully inefficient means to accomplish the task but in general, any form of energy can in some way be converted to a different form so, yes, it would be possible. I doubt that it would be practical, though.
