Could any WWII Germany stamp enthusianst tell me what stamp this is? Is it rare?

I can't find its origins anywhere!

The main thing to realize is that this is not a stamp.  It's a postcard with the postage printed directly onto it.  This sort of thing is called "postal stationery" by collectors.  This example could probably be found in the book listed in source below.  Maybe you can find a copy in a library.
